Genetic Denim is a jeans company that was founded in 2006, by Founder and Creative Director Ali Fatourechi, with the promise that looking good in denim is "all in your Genes".
Every person has their own unique genetic code (except for identical twins - don't be pedantic!) and the principle behind Genetic Denim is that they seek to give each and every person the very best fit possible for their body shape. They seek to accentuate your best points without trying to mold everyone into the same, standard shape.A sleeping giant in the industry, Genetic Denim has been fast building traction since its 2006 inception.
The influences behind Genetic Denim jeans include accents of nostaligia from the 1970s, mixed with basic styles and classic cuts, to create denim jeans that are full of life, yet with timeless appeal. A combination of jeans past and present, Genetic Denim, casts a nostalgic glance at styles from history whilst making their jeans, confident, edgy and sophisticated.

All the above cuts are manufactured with different finishes and washes, using the softest denim available today. Genetic denim also innovated the "denim legging", a lightweight style with pocket detailing that mimics the style of regular jeans but without the bulk.
Ali Fatourechi, the creative director and founder of Genetic Denim explains: "The core of our brand begins with a fabric that you will not find anywhere else, combined with the juxtaposition of a bohemian, free flowing aesthetic and a rock & roll edge - these are the key characteristics to the Genetic Code".
